Trial

  • We offer a 24 hour long trial for you to fully test our services. 

Payment Method

  • We accept a wide range of payment methods, and you can even change them later. Contact our Sales Representative now. 

Refund Policy

  • You are entitled to a refund if you do not wish to continue with our services. 
  • The refund for the STB can be claimed within the first 30 days, starting from the date you received it from us. 
  • You are not entitled to a refund if the STB gets damaged by you. 
  • For the subscription plans you are entitled for a refund on the unused subscription months only.   

Hard Solution

  • We provide reliable STB's, specifically made to cover your streaming needs. We will provide you the hardware to enjoy our services on. 
    Our after sales-services are exceptional. 

Soft Solution

  • We will activate our services on your existing device. Talk to us and we will figure out a solution that is compatible for your existing device. This means you do not have to buy a new hardware. 

Compatible Devices

  • We support almost all the devices that are available in the market.

Single Screen Solution

  • Our services support a single device at a time only. This means that you will have to opt for two separate connections for two devices.
    You may switch between two devices with a single connection but it is advised to consult our technical representative and they will help you with this. 

Smooth Streaming

  • Our services require high bandwidth for smooth streaming, we recommend a speed test before considering buying. The bandwidth (uploading & downloading) must be up to the range of 12-15 Mbps or higher.

Buffering & Stucking

  • If you experience a pause in the channel we ask you to kindly shuffle the channel up or down once and move back to the original channel. The stream tends to get mixed up sometimes and is a minor issue. The engineers work tirelessly to maintain this issue at a minimum. 
    SORRY for the inconvenience. 
  • Buffering happens due to a lower bandwidth than the minimum required bandwidth. You will have to perform a speed test and contact your ISP. 
  • If either of these issues are persistent please contact our Customer Care representative.

Blank Screen

  • Your device has a lot of cache build up and the processor cannot take the stress anymore. Restarting the hardware or application is advised. If that does not resolve the problem contact the Customer Care representative.
